My Friend's Cute Cat Video Campaign For ModKo

My friend and filmmaker/colleague Gregory Kennedy has produced a fun cat video for the Internets. It's a promo for Modko, a company that has designed a very mod looking kitty litter box. But as smart as the box looks, the cats in this video (two of which I've "cat-sit" for before) are just adorable.  And there are more where this came from at the Modko website, where each cat type gets it's own video. My personal favorite? The Teenager! That cat (whose real name is Burt) has opened a few doors on my watch too. He is sexy, surly, and crafty....and very well-named.

OK--I know.....another kitten video.  The scourge of the YouTubes.  But seriously, this one is hilarious because of the added narration of a couple comedy dudes.  It's the perfect silliness for a Friday.  Enjoy!

YouTube's Greatest Hits In 4 Minutes

What?! You mean you haven't seen THAT video? You know, the one with the baby/cat/kid/plane/panda/diet coke/etc.? How is that possible?!?!

If these sort of insistent queries from friends and neighbors often puzzle you, someone out there in Internet-land has compiled all the greatest hits of YouTube in a concise 4 minute package. There is also a helpful list on the video's YouTube page if you want to seek out the original clips. The only glaring omission is the infamous Gay Weatherman vs. Cockroach. What's up with that?

In the spirit of this weekend's March for Equality in Washington, I say equality for all stupid videos....even the ones with screaming weather-queens.
